Frontend-Focused Full Stack Rails Engineer - Scaling Healthtech Startup - Tech for good
I am searching for a Frontend focused candidate who will join my client as their first Rails Frontend Developer. They are open to seeing candidates who have Rails FE experience (Hotwire/ Stimulus / Turbo) or Frontend Engineer who are familiar with Ruby on Rails.

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 3-5 years as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on frontend development.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rails (experience with Rails 7/8 is a bonus), Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus.
* UX Skills: A strong eye for user experience and design.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team.
* Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
