Assistant Manager – Transfer Pricing

Our team focuses on advising multinational businesses in various industry verticals on transfer pricing matters. We support clients throughout the entire transfer pricing lifecycle, from design to implementation, compliance & documentation, and audit defense.

We are open to flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help you balance work and life.


Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager in our Transfer Pricing team, you will:

1. Assist with managing transfer pricing projects, including scoping, WIP management, delivery, and invoicing.
2. Help prepare transfer pricing reports and benchmarking studies for review within agreed timelines.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships, attend meetings, and follow up on actions with support from Managers/Assistant Directors.
4. Research prospective clients and develop the client portfolio, including preparing proposal and pitch documents.
5. Train, mentor, and develop junior team members.
6. Invest in your own development, working towards objectives and seeking feedback.
7. Act with integrity and uphold organizational values.


Candidate Profile

The minimum requirements include:

* A professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, law qualification, CFA or equivalent).
* Post-qualification experience in practice or industry.
* Good transfer pricing technical knowledge and understanding of UK Tax legislation.
