Description
My exclusive client is based in the Preston area and are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their small team on a permanent full time basis. This group of companies has a reputation built on quality and excellence and they are looking for a candidate to strive to match their goals. The key requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
* Complete production of monthly management accounts
* Purchase and Sales ledger as required
* Statement, Cash and bank reconciliations
* Reconciling outstanding debtors and reporting
* Credit control ensuring all outstanding invoices are chased
* Assisting the financial controller on ad-hoc projects as required
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
* AAT Qualification is preferable
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
* Sage line 50
* Microsoft Excel - Lookups/SUM formulas
