Technical Support Technician Permanent 35 hours per week Henley-On-Thames Technical Support Technician Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries across phone and digital channels, offering technical guidance and product advice. Diagnose product and system issues, arranging service agent visits when required and updating CRM records accurately. Maintain strong product knowledge and support authorised service agents to ensure high service standards. Process spare parts orders, monitor customer concerns, and report emerging trends to management. Participate in team projects and contribute to continuous improvement across processes and communication. Technical Support Technician Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service ability. Confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure and maintains attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information, solve problems, and follow issues through to completion.
