Role Overview
The Property & Compliance Coordinator is a varied, hands‑on role responsible for coordinating property maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment activities across a residential estate. You will play a key role in ensuring propertiesremainsafe, compliant, and well‑maintained, working closely with contractors, occupants, and internal stakeholders. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration and practical coordination.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors and occupants to ensuretimelycompletion
* Manage statutory compliance processes, including scheduling inspections andmaintainingaccuraterecords
* Oversee void property works and support re‑letting preparation
* Assistwith refurbishment projects, tracking budgets and providing progress updates
Requirements
* Previousexperience in property coordination, maintenance, or compliance‑focused roles
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with contractors and occupants
* Good attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and compliance documentation
