Responsibilities
* Create a vision and lay out a strategy for creating extraordinary experiences while innovating on opportunities and ideas
* Make a detailed plan for how to execute the vision and strategy
* Identify and contact potential partners
* Promote events and close deals
* Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction

Qualifications
* Have acquired a bachelor or master's degree with outstanding results
* Willing to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field
* Have an UK work permit
* Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and details
* Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your work
* Like to build and nurture relations
* Possess great negotiation skills

Role Details
The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year. It will be great to have you as part of our team.
