We're hiring a Lead Planner/Scheduler to support major infrastructure programmes at BAE Systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
* Develop construction schedules across multiple projects
* Deliver monthly reporting & performance analysis
* Support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
* Work closely with stakeholders across project teams
* Mentor junior planners
Requirements
* Strong planning & scheduling experience (Primavera, Asta, or similar)
* Knowledge of project controls & risk analysis
* Experience in infrastructure, construction, or manufacturing environments
* Strong stakeholder engagement & reporting skills
💡 Defence or regulated environment experience is a plus.
