Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a well-established organisation currently undergoing an exciting period of change as a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The Role Reporting into the People & Culture team, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence hiring strategies and deliver a high-quality candidate experience during a period of significant growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a range of roles and functions Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and shape recruitment strategies Write and post engaging job adverts; utilise sourcing tools and ATS Systems Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey throughout Support with recruitment reporting, compliance and process improvement Contribute to wider employer branding and talent attraction initiatives About You: Strong background in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced environment Confident managing multiple roles and engaging with senior stakeholders Skilled in sourcing, selection, and using ATS platforms A proactive and adaptable approach Experience finance recruitment would be desirable What’s on Offer: 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £45,000 Hybrid working model with a supportive and collaborative team culture The chance to play a key role during a transformative period for the business To apply or find out more, please contact Anderson Knight in confidence.
