We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced National Account Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across our Aqualisa and House of Rohl brands. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of a defined portfolio of national accounts and distributors, driving turnover, profitability, and long-term customer commitment. You’ll work at a strategic level with senior decision-makers, while remaining hands-on in execution — balancing commercial rigour with strong, trust-based relationships. What You Will Be Responsible For: As a National Account Manager, you’ll be trusted to lead, plan, and deliver growth across your portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: Driving Growth & Commercial Performance Delivering profitable, sustainable growth in line with company targets across national accounts and distributors Maximising sales opportunities across Independent, Buying Group, Distributor, and National Merchant customers Increasing turnover and margin through effective account prioritisation and commercial negotiation Strategic Account Leadership Building and maintaining senior-level relationships up to Director level, ensuring Aqualisa and House of Rohl remain brands of choice Agreeing clear account objectives and developing robust, insight-led account plans aligned to overall brand strategy Identifying and unlocking new business opportunities in partnership with the wider Sales team Planning, Analysis & Execution Planning and conducting customer visits at the right frequency to optimise account potential Owning accurate account records, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly key account business plans Using Excel and CRM systems confidently to analyse performance, track activity, and inform decision-making Collaboration & Market Insight Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Specification teams to share insight and shape future activity Attending regional meetings and actively supporting the Field Sales team Monitoring competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights into future strategy Capturing and sharing customer feedback on product performance, improvements, and innovation opportunities Brand Representation Representing the business at industry and corporate events, acting as a trusted ambassador for our brands Supporting the Head of Retail & Trade Sales with wider commercial initiatives as required What We’re Looking For: You’ll be a commercially astute sales professional with the credibility and confidence to operate at a national account level. You’ll bring: Proven success in building strong, influential relationships within key and national accounts Experience across Retail and Trade environments, with a solid understanding of routes to market A strong commercial background, ideally spanning Area Sales Manager and National Account Manager roles Advanced sales capability including call planning, negotiation, influencing, objection handling, and presentations Strong analytical skills, with experience in business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the resilience to see plans through Excellent organisation skills, able to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment Energy, positivity, and the confidence to challenge the status quo Full alignment with our Purpose, Values, and Behaviours What Your Colleagues Say About You: A confident and credible commercial partner.
