We are searching for an enthusiastic Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our Early Intervention Psychosis Service team. This role offers flexible full-time hours of 37.5 per week with core hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We also accommodate flexibility in start and finish times, such as 8am to 6pm for four days a week. Imagine doing what you love, with greater control over your schedule. What you will do:
- Provide comprehensive care co-ordination for patients within the Early Intervention Psychosis Service.
- Conduct risk assessments and effectively manage identified risks.
- Utilise existing knowledge of psychosis to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for service users.
- Travel as required, utilising your own transport to visit clients and support them in the community.
- Engage actively with service users, offering guidance and assurance.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Proven experience as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Own transport for travel as required within the role.
