Key Responsibilities:
* Teach engaging and inclusive science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
* Participate fully in the ECT induction programme and CPD opportunities.
* Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and enthusiasm for science.
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress through effective feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues on planning, resources, and enrichment.
* Maintain a safe and well-managed learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and science department.
Qualifications and Experience:
* QTS or expected QTS by September 2025 (essential).
* Degree in a science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
* No previous teaching experience required—just energy and a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and classroom presence.
* Commitment to inclusive teaching and student development.
* Passion for science and a desire to inspire young learners.
