Position Description:
1. Support the Estate management team ensuring all sites and facilities meet the needs of the business
2. Help to ensure a safe and efficient performance is delivered within the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & the Environment framework Carry out work in a flexible manner i.e., undertaking a range of work not of the core trade.
3. Be responsible for ensuring all work carried out is to current industry standards and associated codes of practice.
4. Undertake any other activities consistent with the trade and grade of this position.
5. Handle the completion of tasks either as part of the PPM system or routine/planned works.
6. Undertake any other work as directed by their supervisor in connection with their job as may be requested across all sites.
Skills Required:
1. Experienced using woodworking machinery.
2. Experience in correctly identifying materials and quantities of materials required to complete task.
3. Possession of a clean full driving license is essential.
Experience Required:
1. Time Served Apprenticeship, City & Guild Level 3 or equivalent, NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Computer literate.
Experience Preferred:
1. Previous experience in a similar maintenance role.
