What we look for in a Sous Chef:
We seek an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP aiming for the next step, a natural leader passionate about producing quality fresh food in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will:
* Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
* Demonstrate leadership and team development skills
* Be a hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
* Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
* Work with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes and specials
* Exhibit planning and organizational skills to control GP and labor costs
* Proactively drive sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house teams
