Overview
C&WL SPCMHT covers the Central and West Lancashire footprint. We are seeking applications from confident and enthusiastic professionals who hold RMN/Social Work/OT registrations and are passionate about working in a perinatal service. Experience in a mental health, care coordination role is desirable; post holders will carry out specialist assessments of women referred into the service and be responsible for an allocated caseload working alongside senior clinicians with responsibility for the delivery of high quality care.
Responsibilities
* Carry out specialist assessments of women referred into the perinatal service.
* Manage an allocated caseload in collaboration with senior clinicians and contribute to delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Registered or eligible to register as RMN, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist (required).
* Experience in a mental health or care coordination role.
* Training will be provided for perinatal work; previous perinatal experience is advantageous but not required.
* All posts subject to Enhanced DBS Clearance.
Work Arrangements and Benefits
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Fixed Term, 6 months (Maternity Cover).
* Grade: Band 6.
