Your role will focus on delivering one-to-one support throughout the school day, helping to manage routines, access learning activities, and develop communication and social interaction. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt strategies and ensure the pupil’s needs are consistently met. The Candidate: You should hold a degree in any subject and bring a patient, empathetic approach to the role. Confidence, consistency, and the ability to build trust are essential.
