We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist educational provision in Littlehampton that supports boys aged 8–16 (Years 4–11) with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEBD). This setting offers a nurturing and structured environment where students are supported to grow both academically and personally. The school places a strong emphasis on building positive relationships, helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to become responsible individuals. The Role This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and resilient individual to support students in their day-to-day learning and development. You will work closely with teaching staff and other professionals to provide tailored support that meets each young person’s needs.
