About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Lecturer to lead, develop, and enhance undergraduate programmes. Join our vibrant academic community and make a significant impact on student success and programme excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality programmes, ensuring outstanding student outcomes and curriculum enhancement.
* Manage and enhance programme quality, securing accreditation from relevant professional bodies.
* Collaborate with Deans, Heads, and Lecturers to implement university strategies, policies, and procedures.
* Take charge of key programmes and modules, guiding large student cohorts and managing lecturer teams.
* Engage in research activities to advance your field and contribute to the institution’s academic reputation.
* Fulfil teaching responsibilities across undergraduate programmes.
About You
* A recognised HE teaching qualification and/or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level, or willingness to gain within 12 months of appointment.
* The ability to develop and enhance existing programmes, modules, or short courses to ensure currency and high levels of student outcomes.
* A significant and successful track record of teaching, learning and assessment practice in a relevant discipline/subject at different HE levels.
