About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and progressive individual for the role of Deputy Head of Year to work with our secondary pastoral team, supporting students’ learning by focusing on behaviour, attendance, and promoting personal excellence.
You will collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop positive attitudes towards learning, serve as the first point of contact for parents regarding support for their children, and contribute to the overall management of support and care for students.

The successful candidate will:
