HGV2 Flatbed Driver – Hounslow
Newstaff Employment is hiring an experienced HGV 2 Flatbed Driver in Hounslow/Heathrow to transport construction materials safely and efficiently across multiple sites.
Location: Hounslow / Heathrow
Salary: £18.00 per hour
Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off rolling shift pattern

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive HGV 2 flatbed vehicles to transport materials to construction sites
2. Secure loads correctly using straps and appropriate equipment
3. Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
4. Report any defects or maintenance issues promptly
5. Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle condition
6. Work closely with site managers to ensure timely deliveries
7. Follow all transport, health, and safety regulations
8. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Valid HGV 2 (Class 2) driving licence
10. Current CSCS card
11. Proven experience driving flatbed vehicles
12. Strong knowledge of load securing and safety procedures
13. Excellent driving record and road awareness
14. Ability to work independently and manage routes efficiently
15. Good communication skills
16. Flexible and reliable approach to working hours
