Role: Projects Design Engineer Type: Permanent Pay: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: Redditch I’m supporting a growing West Midlands engineering business that designs and manufactures specialist heat exchangers for a global customer base. Due to continued expansion, they’re looking to appoint a Projects Design Engineer to support new product development. As the Projects Design Engineer, you’ll lead product design activities, manage projects from concept to launch, and work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
