Generalist HR Advisor
Office-based in the Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
1. Employee relations casework
2. Employee lifecycle work
3. Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
4. Line manager coaching and advice
5. HR data analytics
6. Recruitment support
7. HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
* HR Advisor level experience with substantial ER experience
* Do you have CIPD Level 5 or are you working towards this?
* Are you used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise?
