An excellent opportunity to lead a team of employment lawyers and paralegals within an in-house legal setting. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities
* Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
* Lead volume litigation across all areas including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
* Support and coach a talented team of paralegals
* Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues
Candidate Requirements
* PQE - 1-5 years required
* Excellent communication skills.
* Employment law and tribunal litigation expert
