Job Description
* Oversee tax planning, compliance and advisory services for private clients.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the Tax Department.
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team.
* Review and sign off on complex tax returns.
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
* Participate in the strategic planning and decision-making at the department and firm levels.
* Represent the Tax Department in meetings and presentations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Tax Director should have:
* A professional qualification in Tax or Accountancy.
* Extensive knowledge of private client tax matters.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A commitment to providing excellent client service.
* Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
