Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage, and oversee a team of skilled electrical engineers to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.
3. Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and electrical codes.
5. Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to upskill team members and promote a safe working environment.
6. Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Ideal Candidate:
8. Proven experience as an electrical maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
9. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
10. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
11. Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
12. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in electrical maintenance.
13. A relevant electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
14. Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
