The Role
As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will lead the financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with senior leadership to guide decision-making. You’ll be responsible for building robust forecasting models, delivering high-quality management reporting, and providing commercial insight to support growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
* Deliver timely and accurate management information and KPI reporting
* Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to the Executive Team
* Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
* Business partner across commercial and operational teams
* Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting
About You
