The Role
The firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Leeds team.
You will be joining a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with SMEs and rural sector clients. They operate across many industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology and Media space.
You will deal with a broad range of commercial disputes including contract, IP, shareholder and directorship, crisis PR and debt recovery. If you haven’t covered these areas of litigation then appropriate training will be offered.
Requirements
* You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4 years + PQE
