We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team in Maidenhead on a 1-year contract, playing a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and transformation for their UK business.

What you'll do:
* Partner with leaders to deliver on business transformations and growth initiatives, supporting regional Agile projects
* Lead on all employee relations matters—guiding managers on performance, compliance, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council topics
* Manage escalations from HR Operations Centers and oversee special HR projects
* Support the execution of HR strategies that empower our people and business success
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' experience as an HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or similar in a global, dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations best practices
* Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
