As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them access the curriculum and thrive in a safe, inclusive learning environment. You’ll be supporting children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support Assist with classroom activities and learning plans Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual needs What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or other settings) A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training) – desirable but not essential Why Apply?
