* Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 5 and Key Stage 4 cohorts systematically through terminal examination requirements, embedding sophisticated analytical writing frameworks, evaluation skills, and retrieval practices.
* Progress Monitoring: Run regular formative and summative assessment routines, utilising pupil tracking data to diagnose conceptual misconceptions and design sharp, targeted intervention sessions.
* Pastoral Responsibilities: Undertake full form tutor duties, managing morning registration routines, tracking pupil attendance, and delivering the school's structured personal and social development programmes.
