Key Responsibilities:
As Conference & Banqueting Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional events and memorable guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

12. Setting up conference rooms in line with event road sheets and function requirements
13. Managing a small team of permanent and casual staff to meet event demands
14. Ensuring weddings, corporate functions and events run smoothly and to schedule
15. Leading with professionalism, confidence and attention to detail at all times
16. Maintaining high food and beverage standards in line with function sheets
17. Preparing and overseeing accurate mise-en-place for all events
18. Working closely with the weddings and events team to ensure clear communication
19. Ensuring all conference suites are presentable and reporting maintenance issues
20. Attending briefings and departmental meetings to support seamless delivery

What we’re looking for:
This C&B Manager role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. We’re looking for:

21. Previous Conference & Banqueting experience at manager level
22. Experience within a 5-star or luxury background
23. Proven ability to deliver high-volume events
24. A confident, charismatic and guest-focused approach
25. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on attitude
26. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
