Employee Relations Associate - Belfast (Hybrid, Permanent, Full-Time)
Salary: Circa £32,000 + 2 days WFH per week

What You'll Be Doing
Employee Experience & HR Administration
1. Managing offboarding, maternity, and sickness absence records
2. Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to employee/manager queries
3. Updating employee records and issuing contractual amendments
4. Providing accurate note‑taking support at ER and HR meetings
TUPE & Employee Relations Support
5. Supporting end‑to‑end TUPE administration
6. Preparing ELI information and coordinating staff communications
7. Arranging and attending TUPE consultations
8. Liaising with external providers
9. Supporting onboarding/offboarding for TUPE activity
Case Management & General ER Duties
10. Managing junior ER cases from initial concern to resolution
11. Drafting invite/outcome letters, reports and documentation
12. Supporting probation reviews, flexible working requests and investigations
13. Ensuring ER activity complies with NI & ROI employment legislation
14. Booking confidential meetings and providing accurate minute‑taking
What You'll Bring
15. 1+ year's experience within a busy Employee Relations function
16. Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
17. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
18. Confident working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
19. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at once
20. Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
21. Ability to travel occasionally to Dublin and sites across Ireland
22. Basic knowledge of NI & ROI employment law (desirable)
