Connells Group is the UK’s largest and most successful estate agency and property services group. We are looking for a Content Executive to join our Marketing, PR and Communications team. The role involves crafting compelling content for various channels and audiences, with a good understanding of SEO, B2B blog writing, website copywriting, internal communications, social media, and press releases.
The position is based in our London office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), and applicants must be able to travel to the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting internal communications, external B2C and B2B communications, and the Press Office.
* Creating engaging copy for blogs, emails, press releases, internal communications, the Group website, and social media.
* Adapting messaging to connect with different audiences, including customers, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and journalists.
* Collaborating with the internal communications, marketing, and PR teams.
* Proofreading and editing content to ensure accuracy and quality.
* Applying SEO principles to maximize content reach.
* Exploring efficiencies through engagement and AI tools.
* Building relationships internally and with journalists.
* Supporting the PR Manager in pitching properties to the press.
* Repurposing content for multiple channels and audiences.
Requirements and skills:
* At least two years of experience in copywriting or a related field.
* Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content.
* Strong command of English language.
* Research and analytical skills to uncover compelling stories.
* Creativity and a fresh perspective.
* Attention to detail in proofreading and editing.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration.
