We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth!
Schedule: Sun-Thu 9-5 or Tue-Sat 9-5 with weekly pay.

As a PTA, you will assist in providing, collecting assessment data, and delivering direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will also participate in clinical program development.
Education & Experience:
* Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
* CEUs as per state licensure requirements.
* Current licensure by the relevant state agency.
* Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required.
* New graduates are welcome!
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Rehab Program Manager.
* Provide direct resident treatments under physician’s orders, including individual, supervised, and group treatments.
* Participate in team meetings and clinical decision-making.
* Consult and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
* Monitor ongoing efficiencies in collaboration with supervisors.
* Document activities promptly according to company protocols.
* Ensure compliance with Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
* Contribute to clinical program development and participate in quality improvement activities.
* Engage in continuous learning to stay current in the field.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Skills in documentation, equipment manipulation, and direct patient care.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle periodic stress.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Ability to work with diverse personalities, ages, and cultural backgrounds.
* Proficiency in English language communication.
