Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate, driven Clinic Manager to lead our North Ormesby Dialysis Unit in collaboration with the NHS. This is a leadership opportunity to inspire your team, innovate patient care, and elevate clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations of the North Ormesby Dialysis Unit with a focus on patient care, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.
* Develop, mentor, and empower a team of healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
* Ensure patients are at the heart of care, addressing concerns with compassion and delivering exceptional service.
* Build relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and outstanding service.
* Drive clinical excellence by improving patient outcomes through best practices and proactive problem-solving.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and motivate the team to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
* Manage resources, budgets, and supplies to optimise clinic performance without compromising quality.
* Participate in the Clinic Manager Development Programme to support personal and professional growth.
Qualifications and Experience
* A passion for patient care and the drive to make a meaningful impact.
* A registered nurse (NMC) qualification.
* Dialysis experience is not essential; the role seeks an experienced manager to lead and manage the team.
* Proven managerial experience in an acute healthcare setting, ideally previously CQC registered.
* Understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its importance in independent healthcare settings.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with patients and staff.
* Commitment to continuously raising the bar on patient care and clinical outcomes.
