The Position: Casual position Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events Uphold catering standards, comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations, and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions The Person: Proven experience in large commercial kitchens. Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety. Passionate about quality, with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
