The Bridge Group Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued domiciliary care client for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead and grow their service in Barry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or Care Coordinator who is ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager role.
What we're looking for:
* Experience within a domiciliary care setting in a supervisory or management role.
* Currently working as a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinator, or similar and looking to progress.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification (or actively working towards it).
* Strong knowledge of compliance and quality standards within CIW
* Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
