Job Title: ADHD TeacherLocation: Hampton, London Contract Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM Salary: Paid to Scale About the Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ADHD Teacher to join our team in Hampton, London. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), helping them thrive in a structured, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering tailored educational support and fostering both academic achievement and emotional development. Key Responsibilities •Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students with ADHD •Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support focus and participation •Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing regular and constructive feedback •Work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and support staff to meet students’ holistic needs •Apply effective behaviour management strategies to support self-regulation and positive outcomes •Stay up to date with best practices and research related to ADHD and inclusive education Requirements •Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent •Experience working with students with ADHD or related needs •Strong understanding of behaviour management and adaptive teaching strategies •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment What We Offer •A supportive and collaborative school community •Ongoing professional development opportunities •The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives
