Developing and optimising manufacturing processes, routings, BOMs, PFMEAs, and control plans to ensure product integrity. Supporting shopfloor manufacturing and drive product conformance through effective inspection plans, SOPs, and quality controls. Investigating and resolving non-conformances using 5Y, 3C, and 8D methods, implementing robust root cause corrective actions. Ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards across all manufacturing and quality activities.
