Job Description
We're looking for a proactive Consultant Coordinator to support our Consultancy team as a trusted go-to person for consultants across the business. This is a fully remote role, with regular time in your local office to collaborate and support your colleagues in person.
What you'll be doing:
* provide first-line support to the Consultancy team, ensuring operations align with sales strategies
* compile reports, analytics, and management information to support decision-making
* maintain accurate data and drive process improvements across the team
* act as principal point of contact for consultants and business units
* coordinate communication, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
* support Team Directors with performance management insights and operational reporting
* collaborate with departments across the business to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
What we're looking for:
* strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
* advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (PivotTables, functions, formulas) and strong Microsoft Office skills
* confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
* resilient, adaptable, and highly organised approach to work
* collaborative team player with fresh ideas and natural curiosity
* 2+ years in a coordinator or business support role (desirable)
* experience with data management and analysis (desirable)
* degree-level education or equivalent (desirable)
