Job Description
3. Prepare and consolidate financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
4. Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
6. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
8. Monitor key performance indicators and assess financial risks and opportunities.
9. Assist in preparing presentations for senior management and board meetings.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group FP&A interim should have:
11. Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis within the Consumer Goods industry (ideally)
12. A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
13. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
14. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
15. Experience in preparing management reports and presentations.
16. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
17. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
