What You’ll Do We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our organization as
EMEA eCommerce Marketing and Content Director. In this pivotal leadership role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our regional eCommerce marketing strategy, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence across all digital channels and core capabilities.
Role Overview You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision for eCommerce growth, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are aligned with both global objectives and local market needs.
You will champion a customer-centric approach, drive digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Your first challenge: defining an ambitious vision for the e-commerce business.
You will collaborate with key stakeholders such as sales eCommerce leads, local management and central product teams, build markets analysis, identify key hurdles and opportunities, and then develop a clear roadmap in close collaboration with your key stakeholders

Quickly take the reins of the content strategy.
Own the end-to-end content strategy, from needs assessment to implementation, ensuring all assets are aligned with brand guidelines and served in a timely fashion where it matters to serve our business goals
You will design seamless customer journeys, ensure consistent messaging across all markets and channels, and oversee the quality of product listings, all while integrating SEO best practices.
Digital marketing campaigns will be a constant in your work.
You will expertly orchestrate demand-generation activities through different channels across our different markets.
You manage substantial budgets, optimize brand visibility, and monitor performance in real time.
Every product launch becomes an event, every pricing strategy an opportunity to strengthen competitiveness.
The link between local and central teams, uniting talent around a shared vision.
Act as the main point of contact with local marketing leaders and their teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of eCommerce initiatives
You support the digital transformation, train and coach your team to accelerate their digital maturity, while always ensuring the customer is at the heart of every initiative.
Partner with Brand, Media, Influencer, and Agency teams to integrate content and marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
Finally, driven by innovation.
You scrutinize market trends, test new levers (AI, automation…), and instil in your team a culture of continuous improvement and boldness.

Profile & Experience
Demonstrable experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, or Omnichannel roles
Deep experience in digital content and retail media
Strong understanding of marketplace economics
Experience managing cross-functional projects across tech, marketing, and operations
Strong analytical mindset and performance orientation
Experience in international, distributor-heavy environments preferred
Leadership Capabilities
Combine digital expertise with commercial pragmatism
Act and set an example for your team
Data-driven but execution-focused
Able to balance global standardization and local flexibility
