Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £27,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £7k in first year)
Benefits: Uncapped commission, early finish on Fridays, 5% employee / 3% employer pension contribution, life insurance after one years service, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am 5:00pm / Friday, 9:00am 3:00pm

Our client, a fast-growing and dynamic business based in Burntwood, is looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their energetic, close-knit team.
The role offers the perfect balance around 50% account management and 50% new business, giving you both stability and the thrill of generating fresh revenue.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive
Respond promptly to telephone and web enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage a portfolio of around 250 active customers, maintaining regular contact to strengthen relationships and grow revenue.
Generate and issue quotes via the CRM, ensuring all customer records are accurate and up to date.
Prepare reports and updates for monthly sales meetings.
Identify and develop new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Upsell and cross-sell the full product range to maximise account potential.
Prospect and cold call to generate new leads and onboard new customers.
Participate in regular product training sessions with suppliers and the in-house team.
Person Specification for a Sales Executive
A driven, motivated individual who enjoys hitting targets and seeing results.
Experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management (preferred).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
