Based at our 30,000 ft² manufacturing facility at Hendy Industrial Estate, Swansea, and employing over 67 people, Axium Process is an ambitious and expanding business with a clear objective: to become the number one provider in our market. ________________________________________ The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who can work as part of a team to play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the Stores & Goods In/Out department. Key Responsibilities • Unpacking, checking off and storing goods inwards • Assist with picking products from Works Orders • Packing of goods outwards • Delivery of goods to local customers • Maintaining and recording accurate stock levels • Keeping stores area tidy • Assist with chasing/storing/retrieval of material certificates received with goods inwards • Assist with data entry as and when required • Assist with any other tasks as required by the stores manager. ________________________________________ About You You will be a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a professional, positive attitude. Ideally, you will demonstrate: • Excellent communication skills • Confidence liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure • A well-organised, self-motivated, and methodical approach • Flexible • Full clean driving licence • Engineering background would be an advantage • ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive salary: £13-£16 per hour, dependent on experience • 5 weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays • Permanent, full-time position • Company pension scheme • Career development within a growing engineering business ________________________________________
