Benefits Manager – UK and Europe
Location: London-based | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Supporting approximately 650 employees across 4 countries.
Our client is a global information provider with operations around the world across several market-leading brands. This role is part of a specialist benefits function that plays a crucial role in delivering first-class health, retirement, and wellbeing programs. You will lead benefits operations across four European countries, driving strategy, managing vendors, and ensuring high employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Own daily benefits administration (healthcare, pensions, perks).
2. Coordinate the Benefits Administration platform, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and overseeing the enrolment process.
3. Lead one direct report and guide internal stakeholders.
4. Troubleshoot escalated issues with care and creativity.
5. Manage adhoc projects within the team.
Expertise:
1. 5+ years of benefits experience, ideally a mix of in-house and consultancy roles.
2. Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to perform well under pressure.
3. Skilled with Workday, Darwin, and technically savvy.
4. People-first mindset with strong communication skills.
