Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver well-structured Spanish lessons that cater to the needs of students at different levels and abilities
* Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that inspire students to develop their language skills
* Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive curriculum plans
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise
* Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational techniques and apply them in the classroom
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Spanish or a related field
* Teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS) and relevant teaching experience
* Strong knowledge of the Spanish language, culture, and literature
* Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Friendly, approachable, and adaptable personality
* Familiarity with educational technology and the ability to integrate it into teaching practices
