The Communications & Content Manager will lead digital communications, media, and content strategies for Bath & Northeast Somerset Council’s portfolio of cultural businesses including the internationally renowned Roman Baths, Victoria Art Gallery, and World Heritage Centre. They will also lead the communications strategy for the Fashion Museum, Bath, and its ambitious capital transformation project to create a major new cultural institution with international significance in the City of Bath. The role will balance commercial and cause-related storytelling and ensure the business and its brands are at the forefront of digital innovation, communications, and consumer PR activity to reach broader audiences, develop loyalty, meet sales targets, and maintain the organisation’s competitive edge.
