This vacancy offers an excellent opportunity to join a supportive bank team, with the flexibility to work across all West Sussex Urgent Care Units. We need Registered Nurses or Paramedics to join our established team who have a post registration Practitioner qualification and experience in Urgent Care and who are able to work autonomously, adapt to a fast paced, progressive service and provide excellent clinical care to their patients.

Responsibilities
* Triage, assess and treat patients attending the Urgent Care and Minor Injury Units.
* Provide sound, autonomous clinical assessment and treatment skills and knowledge of where to re‑direct inappropriate attendances.
* Ensure patients are transferred safely according to their presenting condition.
* Manage other staff working within the Unit and support education or training needs.
* Operate within local, national and NICE guidelines.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse or Paramedic with post registration Practitioner qualification.
* Experience in Urgent Care or Minor Injury services.
* Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a fast‑paced service.
