Job Description
As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth and build strategic\n\npartnerships across a comprehensive range of Pathology Diagnostic Solutions. This role encompasses\n\ndiagnostics and wellness pathology, leveraging extensive capabilities within the NHS, private\n\nhealthcare providers, and its European laboratory network. Your work will be instrumental in expanding\n\nthe company's footprint in both the private and public sectors, offering tailored solutions to improve health outcomes\n\nand operational efficiencies.\n\nDuties:\n\nSales and Business development\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private sectors to include NHS Pathology networks, private hospital networks, private pathology laboratories, Healthcare providers, insurers and specialist clinics.\nBuild strong relationships with key decision makers\nConduct needs assessments to deliver solutions\nMonitor industry trend and market opportunities within the NHS and private health care pathology services\nMaintain detailed records of sales activities including pipeline and client interactions via Sales force.\nMonitor own sales performance and identify areas for growth.\nWork closely with clinical and operational teams to understand development opportunities\nCollaborate with internal teams and support customer on boarding.\nShare markets insights and fresh ideas with sales team.
