Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all. Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas.
* Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised, including kitchens, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
* Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests or concerns from clients promptly and courteously.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations, particularly in hotel or commercial environments.
* Follow established protocols for cleaning procedures to ensure consistency and safety.
Experience
* Previous janitorial experience is preferred, particularly in hotel or commercial cleaning settings.
* A background in customer service is beneficial to enhance client interactions.
* Cooking experience is a plus, as it may be required in certain environments where food preparation is involved.
