Responsibilities Overseeing the SEN provision throughout the school, ensuring that students with special educational needs receive tailored support and interventions. Working closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective SEN strategies and support plans. Leading the SEN team and providing guidance, training, and professional development for staff in relation to SEN best practices. Monitoring and evaluating the progress of SEN students and ensuring compliance with national and school standards.
